The Building Department will be closed for training from Tues. 4/10 – Thurs. 4/12.

If you need to drop something off for the Building Department you may leave it with the Village Clerk on the 1st floor of Village Hall.

The Building Department administers and enforces the International and NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code regulations as well as the Village of Monroe Zoning laws pertaining to the location, design, materials, construction, alteration, repair, equipment, maintenance, use, occupancy, removal and demolition of structures located within the Village of Monroe.
